Salary: max 90k CHF
The Definition of Brand Leader:
A Brand Leader (BL) is the client’s daily contact at The Agency. This Client Service team member is more than a project owner; he/she is a brand owner and responsible for managing the client relationship. As an owner of a brand or brand segment he/she must ensure The Agency meets and exceeds client expectations while being loyal to the brand overall.
A BL must partner with clients to build the business and aim to be a true strategic consultant. He/She must know the clients’ brand as well as or better than they. This includes tracking the competitive set and identifying additional ways The Agency can contribute to the brands’ success. A BL will work with several levels of client contacts and must be experienced in all types of projects (e.g., packaging, marketing communications, product design, brand ID).
The Requirements Specific to the Brand Leader Position:
1. Represent The Agency’s point of view to the client and the client’s point of view to The Agency.
2. Provide strategic advice and present design options and rationale.
3. Align client expectations and communicate design objectives and next steps from client’s perspective to the The Agency team.
4. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of artwork by working against project objectives.
5. Ensure The Agency delivers a comprehensive range of strategic work.
6. Partner with Design Directors to create innovative and engaging presentations.
7. Prepare complex estimates and large brand proposals.
8. Develop, manage, and invoice project budgets.
9. Articulate and promote The Agency’s core competencies.
10. Collaborate with creative team to write and evaluate concepts, copy, and claims.
11. Provide input and analyze market research from a design perspective. Summarize in the form of design objectives.
12. Develop the business within existing clients.
13. Mentor Project Leaders and Project Coordinators.
14. Be proficient in the use of The Agency’s software programs, and server and navigation protocols.
15. Understand and emulate the The Agency’s Owner’s Guide.
16. Comply with company policy, procedure, mission, and values.

Prerequisites:
• A bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3-4 years industry specific work experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Macintosh platform.
• Fluent in English.
